Sembot Tool Presentation: What Are the Functions?

Sembot is a tool that allows for optimizing product feeds, generating campaigns, utilizing price and phrase monitors, and soon there will also be many other automated solutions available. Below, we outline what will be available soon.

Firstly: Product Feed Optimization

Sembot allows for manual changes as well as bulk changes using filters and rules. Rules operate automatically - they are processed with each data file update, so you don't have to worry about new products appearing in the assortment. Rules will be applied to them if they meet the filtering criteria.

Duplication

Duplicates are copies of a product that users can use in Sembot Ads Suite to create another version of the product, different from the parent product, e.g., with a different title, image, description, or any other parameter from the product feed.

Duplication in practice

The practical use of duplication:

  • Precisely match the product name to the phrases searched by users (highest possible ad quality score)

  • Full coverage of all user-searched phrases

  • Advanced segmentation of product campaigns depending on the precision of the keyword - with different rates

  • Conduct A/B tests easily: titles, images, descriptions

Downloading performance data from campaigns to Sembot

Based on this, you can optimize the product feed. For example, we apply the bestseller label only to products that had a minimum of 3 conversions in the last 7 days.

Secondly: Campaign Generation

Sembot allows you to generate various types of campaigns for Google and Microsoft.

Thirdly: Creating an output feed for nearly 60 destinations

When you add an output feed from Sembot to a destination such as GMC, it ensures visibility of any changes you have made and will make in the future to your feed.

Sample destinations to which you can generate an output feed from Sembot include: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Criteo, Empik, and many more. Check it out!

Fourthly: Competitor Monitors

The functionality allows for automatic checking of product visibility for your own brand names. With Sembot, we can monitor at which position the phrase appears in organic, text, and product search results. You can also track generic phrases and check their effectiveness.

Based on GTIN codes and product title, Sembot provides information about the positions of specific products you will be monitoring. These include data on your product prices, the lowest price of competitors, the highest price of competitors, and the average product price. The data is saved, and you can view it on a graph. You can check how the prices of a specific product were presented on a particular day in your store and with competitors.

Based on the data from the price monitor, you can optimize the product feed. In the "Products" tab, there are columns such as: rank price, price difference, competitor lowest price, competitor lowest total price, competitor highest price.

What functions will be available soon? How will Sembot help you?

Within a few weeks, Sembot will

  • regularly check what is happening in advertising accounts.

Primarily, whether conditions specified in the process have occurred, i.e., review accounts searching for problems, checking campaigns, suggesting optimization ideas, and then implementing optimizations.

  • Regularly visit the company's website and suggest improvements.

Suggest how to change content to achieve higher positions in SEO or better AdRank, i.e., lower rates per click.

  • Analyze competition, ad visibility, or SEO rankings.

  • Continuously compare prices with other vendors.

Market prices change very quickly, and in many e-commerce industries, they are the determining factor in purchasing decisions. Sembot will allow you to track prices and their fluctuations over time to make data-driven decisions.

  • DAILY suggest changes and optimizations worth implementing.

Proposed changes may include content on pages, product prices, advertising campaign architecture, and many other things.

  • Perform hundreds of other minor tasks that have always been in the back of your mind but had no one to assign them to or lacked time for them.

An example of such action is reviewing advertising accounts to find anomalies, excluding irrelevant keywords, landing pages, audiences, or campaign locations, improving ad content to raise AdRank, or searching for phrases to add to campaigns.

What new features will be available?

MARKETER AI

A built-in chat working on data from the knowledge base, product file, and connected data sources.

The chat answers questions based on this data, generating appropriate fragments of the product table in response and suggesting further actions.

DASHBOARD

It allows you to present graphical results from connected data sources - each channel separately and a summary with aggregated results.

You can specify targets to aim for, e.g., expected ROAS, and the system will show the degree of achieving this goal.

The dashboard can be customized to your needs, i.e., arrange blocks in different ways, present different data there.

AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING PROCESSES

Currently, we have a set of processes based on data in Google Ads accounts. We can determine what event on the account should cause the person assigned to the process to automatically receive a task to perform.

For example, you can monitor CPC increases by implementing such a process:

We also set the frequency of checking the occurrence of such an event.

Among the examples of such processes that can be monitored automatically are:

  • Depleted budget

  • Decrease in CTR

  • Decrease in the number of conversions

  • Changes in average CPC

  • Low effectiveness of keywords

  • Campaign completion

  • Advertising restrictions

  • Ad effectiveness

  • Decrease in display share

  • Outdated links

  • Competitive changes

  • Changes in ad quality

  • Missing extensions

  • Device optimization

  • Display changes

  • Hourly schedule optimization

  • No campaign activity

  • Mobile-Desktop differences

  • Increase in Conversion Cost

  • Decrease in Keyword Quality

  • Ads with a phrase

  • Ad Groups without Active Ads

  • Increase in phrase popularity

  • Increase in CPM

  • Limit of excluding keywords

  • Changes in campaign cost

  • Decrease in account optimization score

  • Decrease in campaign optimization score

  • Advertisement leading to a 404

When such an event, for which we have enabled a process, occurs, a new task will automatically be created in the task system.

In this place, buttons will soon appear that directly from the task will be able to make changes to the account if the specialist selects one of the proposed actions, such as increasing CPC, adding exclusions, etc.

However, the system of processes and tasks will not be limited only to actions necessary for campaign optimization. We are working on new processes that could streamline the work of other departments as well. For example, based on data, artificial intelligence will be able to prepare a summary of changes in the last 7 days and prepare ready-made email content for sending via email.

We can prepare as many of these processes as there are ideas for them. If your company has any repetitive processes that you would particularly like to automate, you can send such a list to help@sembot.com. We will add them to the queue because we are committed to implementing only practical features.
