What time of product file parsing should be set?

What time of product file parsing should be set? 

Sembot is a middleware tool, so for the parsing time it's best to set it 2-3 hours after the last changes in the store.

If the last changes in the store take place at 1 am, then in Sembot it is worth setting 3-4 am, and in the destination where the output feed from Sembot is uploaded, it is best to set it also 2-3 hours later, i.e. 5-6 in the morning.
